The Wilson A2000 SCFPCM23SS fastpitch catcher's mitt, Wilson's latest offering, is designed to enhance catching performance. Featuring thinner toe pads along the thumb and fingers, it expands the catching area and reduces weight, enabling improved pitch framing and control. Introduced in 2023, the 34" A2000 FPCM23 helps catchers set up the perfect target and frame strikes with its extended palm and Horizontal Hinge Web.

This mitt stands out with its use of modern materials. The Black Pro Stock® leather palm and Grey SuperSkin™ across the back incorporate Spin Control Technology™, which helps reduce the spin rate of the ball by increasing friction at the moment of contact. The combination of these advanced features allows catchers to call the perfect game.

The A2000 SCFPCM23SS is designed for right-hand throw and features a Pro Stock Leather construction, which is preferred for its rugged durability and unmatched feel. The SuperSkin material, on the other hand, is half the weight of Pro Stock Leather but twice as durable, with a moisture-resistant design that extends the glove's longevity and makes it easier to clean.

The redesigned A2000 also offers enhanced comfort with its Comfort Pro Fit. The liner is made of ProLux Leather, providing a richer, softer feel against the hand. The all-new Comfort Sleeve conceals the binding in the wrist, offering more comfort than ever before.

The glove's Spin Control Technology, a dimpled pattern in the Pro Stock Leather of the palm and web, helps reduce the spin rate of the ball by rapidly increasing friction at the moment of contact. Additionally, the Rolled Dual Welting in the liner of the infield, outfield, and pitcher's models offers better support, helping the glove hold its shape over time.
